Yes — free estimates for all landscaping projects. Contact us by form, phone, or email and we'll schedule a time to visit your property, discuss your project, and provide a detailed, no-obligation estimate.

How do I schedule an estimate?
Contact us via the contact form, phone, or email. One of our project managers will arrange a time to visit your property and discuss your needs, then provide a detailed estimate.
How long does a typical project take?
It depends on scope and complexity. Hardscaping projects generally take a few days to a couple of weeks; softscaping projects usually a few days. We provide a timeline once we've assessed your specific project.
Do you offer seasonal maintenance?
Yes — seasonal maintenance packages include spring and fall clean-ups, lawn care, aeration, pruning, and other seasonal services.
Are your materials and services covered by a warranty?
- Hardscaping: 2-year warranty against defects in workmanship and materials on installations such as patios, walls, and driveways.
- Softscaping: 3-month warranty on plant materials purchased from us, covering replacements for plants that fail due to installation or material quality.

When does the warranty become effective?
On the date of final inspection and project completion — when you sign off confirming satisfaction with the work performed.
What's included in the hardscaping warranty?
- Defects in materials and craftsmanship
- Settling issues that cause uneven surfaces in paved areas
- Cracks or breaks in walls or other hardscape features caused by improper installation
What's excluded from the warranty?
- Damage caused by external factors like weather, accidents, or neglect
- Modifications or repairs made by third parties
- Damage from natural events such as earthquakes, floods, or extreme weather
Do you provide ongoing maintenance?
Yes — year-round maintenance for both hardscaping and softscaping, including cleaning, resealing, and repairs. Ongoing maintenance is recommended to prolong the life of your landscape.
Can I customize my design and materials?
Absolutely — we encourage it. Our team works with you to select materials, colours, and designs that match your vision and fit your budget.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Contact us within the warranty period with details of the issue. Our team will inspect the problem and work to resolve it as quickly as possible. For plant-related claims, we may ask for photos. See the warranty page for the full process.

Are your services available year-round?
Yes, year-round — though the scope varies with the seasons. In colder months, softscaping like lawn care and planting may be limited, but hardscaping design and installation continues as weather permits.
