Our warranty, in writing
We're committed to durable, functional, beautiful work. For your peace of mind, our services are backed by a written warranty that begins the day after your project is completed.
What's covered
Hardscaping — 2-year warranty
All hardscaping services — patios, walkways, driveways, retaining walls, decks, fences, outdoor lighting, water features, grading and drainage — are covered for two years against:
- Workmanship defects — issues resulting from improper installation or craftsmanship.
- Structural issues — cracking, shifting, or settling of pavers, stones, concrete, or other project materials.
- Structural integrity — failure of constructed walls, decks, or fences due to installation errors.
Not covered:
- Natural wear and tear.
- Damage from extreme weather (e.g., floods, heavy storms) or accidents.
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
- Movement or damage caused by pergolas, gazebos, sheds, or similar structures. Interlock is not made to support structural loads — such structures must be installed on 4-foot concrete footings, separate from the interlock base.
- Damage from wind or weather acting on unanchored or lightly secured structures.
Softscaping — 3-month warranty
Plant installations — trees, shrubs, flowers, and lawns — are covered for three months:
- Plant survival — plants, trees, and shrubs installed by us are replaced if they fail within the warranty period, provided the maintenance guidelines we give you are followed.
- Plant installation — plants that were improperly installed or unhealthy at the time of planting.
Not covered:
- Plant death from factors beyond our control — extreme weather, pests, diseases, or improper care after installation.
- Issues resulting from not following the provided maintenance instructions.
Softscaping materials
Materials purchased from 365 Landscape (plants, trees, shrubs, and other softscaping items) carry a 3-month warranty from the date of purchase. For materials not purchased from us, please refer to the supplier's or manufacturer's warranty — keep your original receipt to claim directly with them.
Exclusions and limitations
- The warranty applies only to the original property owner and is non-transferable.
- We are not liable for damage caused by external factors such as vandalism, accidents, or acts of nature.
- Customer-maintained areas where proper care has not been followed are not covered.
How to make a claim
- Contact us: call 365-386-5558 or email 365landscapetoronto@gmail.com to report the issue.
- Provide details: describe the issue and include photos if possible — it helps our team evaluate the problem faster.
- Inspection: a member of our team inspects the affected area and determines whether the issue is covered.
- Resolution: if covered, we repair or replace the defective area at no additional cost to you.

Limit of liability
The maximum liability under this warranty is limited to the cost of repairing or replacing defective work, and will not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the services rendered.
Governing law
This warranty is governed by the laws of Ontario. Any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction of Toronto, Canada.
